Summary

All Native Group is looking to fill the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager will be working under our Risks Solution Division. The project manager takes the responsibility of a specific project or several projects within a Risk Management / IT /Software implementation / development back organization. They oversee planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting the project with the use of project management tools. One of the main project manager roles and responsibilities is to act as a bridge between the upper management and the people who are responsible for the execution of the project. They need to make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule. They also need to update the progress of the project regularly to the upper management. Common project manager responsibilities are:

Essential Functions

  • Coordinatingwith cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the processor system to the clients.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • ERP project oversight.

Work Environment

This joboperates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Physical Demands

Thepreponderance of the work is performed in an office-type setting, with adequate lighting, heating/cooling, ventilation, and protection from the elements.

Thecontractor must be physically able, with reasonable and realistic accommodation where appropriate, and agreeable to conduct on-site investigation of facilities, project sites and building systems in a variety of climates, site locations, and working conditions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Travel

Travel isprimarily local during the business day, although about 10% out of the area

travel and overnight may be expected.

Experience

Must possess 3-5years of project management

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or

management discipline or related field or equivalent work experience directly

within functional area preferred. Military electronic specialization schools,

or trade school certification will also be considered.

Additional EligibilityQualifications

Expert knowledge of project

management principles and processes, e.g., budget and resource control,

cost/benefit analysis, risk management, scheduling, metrics development and

utilization, and analysis, in order to provide authoritative guidance in these

areas; assess the quality and potential for success of projects; prioritize and

integrate various projects; and resolve complex project management issues.

Security Clearance

Must be aU.S. citizen. Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance
