Summary: All Native Group is seeking a Management Analyst. The Management Analyst will carry out organizational studies and evaluations, assist with the design of management systems and procedures, perform work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Job Duties: • Functions as a Management Analyst with basic knowledge of management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize program operations • Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology • Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs • Writes reports, letters, and other documents for management programs, policies and activities • Assists with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines • Performs administrative and financial analysis • Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis • Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports • Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects • Perform other related duties as assigned • Employee will require supervision and has limited opportunity to exercise independent judgment and initiative in the line of work Required Skills: • Associate's degree preferred and five (5) years relevant experience • Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) • Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices • Basic knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques in order to carry out studies and analyses of management functions or programs • Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and basic knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies Desired Skills: • Department of State experience preferred
