Summary

All Native Group is seeking an GSP Systems Administration / Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Administrator to provide system support to the United States Space Force in Dayton, Ohio.All Native Group is in an active bidding process for this position. Employment is contingent upon All Native Group being awarded the contract.

Essential Functions

• Provide level III Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Administration support for GSP systems on NIPRnet, Cornerstone-Secret, Cornerstone-Top Secret, Tungsten, Zinc, StoneGhost, Classified and Unclassified Cloud environments

• Utilize government provide documentation and ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Service Desk, Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow and Microsoft Service Manger

• Cross domain solutions (CDS) hardware/software includes, eXmeritus, and ForcePoint.

• Cross domain solutions (CDS) operating systems (OS) includes primarily Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and CentOS

• Maintain architectural diagrams and shall document all installations/changes in accordance with NASIC/GSP guidance

Competencies

• Maintain the NASIC/GSP CDS responsible for dissemination services across multiple networks (Cornerstone-Secret, Cornerstone-Top Secret, Tungsten, Zinc, StoneGhost and Classified/Unclassified cloud environments)

• Follow the GSP Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and GSP Communications Policy

• Ensure data and product ingest and dissemination through the CDS functions properly.

• Maintain CDS hardware and software.

• Support the upgrades to or replacement of the current CDS (both hardware and software).

• Create and deliver an Implementation Plan and Software Transition Plan, and obtain concurrence with the GSP Government SME for updates to hardware and/or software prior to implementing the updates.

• Create and deliver an Acceptance Test Plan and Security Test Plan, for each update as applicable.

• Maintain the NASIC/GSP CDS to a goal of 99% Availability Rate (AR) for each monthly period with a Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) of less than 6 hours, with no single outage exceeding 8 hours (except for pre-scheduled outages). The 99% AR is defined as the uptime of services the IT components and subcomponents provide to the analysts. The AR is calculated and identified to the contractor as the amount of time data and components are made available to the analysts.

• Provide an outage report to the Government within 24 hours of the beginning of any outage. Submit a final outage report within 24 hours of the return to full operations. Outage reports shall contain symptoms, corrective actions, future mitigation, documentation for any system changes, and timeline of events and fixes.

• Submit Configuration Change Request (CCR) for software and hardware maintenance actions and approved by the Configuration Change Request Panel before work is performed

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

• Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.

• Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.

Experience

• 6 years of position relevant experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree with diploma from an accredited educational institution; Graduate Diploma from a technical or vocational school or have acquired equivalent military training with certifications.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Baseline certifications for IAT II are: CCNA Security, or CySA+, or GICSP, or GSEC, or Security+ CE, or CND, or SSCP.

• CCNA Routing and Switching certification

Security Clearance

Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
